Etisalat's internet calling plans offer our customers an access to have unlimited app to app voice and video calling experience across the world using two applications C'Me and BOTIM available for both iOS and Android devices.
The plans are available to Etisalat subscribers (prepaid, postpaid and e-Life home broadband).
Etisalat internet calling plans are an add-on to customers' existing Etisalat mobile and/or eLife service, there are two types of internet calling plans designed to fit our customer need as follows:
1. Internet calling plan for mobile: This plan allows to make App to App voice and video calling on the move using your mobile data plan at a fixed monthly charge of AED 50*.
2. Internet calling plan for eLife: This plan allows to make App to App voice and video calling from your home eLife Wi-Fi at a fixed monthly charge of AED 100* connecting all devices belonging to the eLife account.
Upon subscribing to the internet calling plans, Etisalat subscribers will enjoy unlimited video and voice calls to their family and friends who have downloaded the same app located anywhere in the world. There will be no extra charges as long as Etisalat customers have an active internet connection (Home broadband or Mobile data) to use with this service.
Currently, C'ME and BOTIM meet the UAE regulatory framework requirements to offer VoIP calling in the UAE. New VoIP apps may add to the list of supported apps once they meet the UAE regulatory framework requirements.
