Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby met Monday with Culture Minister Abdel Wahid el Nabawy for talks on developing a strategy for promoting culture, preserving Arab identity and boosting the youth's culture.
The AL chief agreed with el Nabawy on the need of allowing youths to participate in camps that promote for Arab solidarity and dialogue so as to qualify them to be the leaders of the future, according to a press statement issued by the AL.
El Araby underlined that the AL considers culture as atop priority during the current phase especially that the anti-terror decision issued by the Arab ministerial council underscored the importance of facing the terrorism phenomenon via renewing religious and cultural discourses.
