The Sultanate of Oman's delegation participating in the celebration of the Omani pavilion on the National Day in Expo Milan 2015 paid visits to some pavilions of brotherly and friendly countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran and the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Sultanate's delegation was led by Dr. Fu'aad bin Ja'afar al-Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
The delegation was briefed, during the visits, on the experiences of the brotherly and friendly countries in their participations in Expo Milan 2015 and on the contents of those pavilions, as well as the techniques used in their efforts to provide and translate the theme of Expo Milan "Food Planet - Energy for Life."
The Sultanate's pavilion at Expo 2015 Milan enjoyed a large turnout of visitors, for its contents that characterize the Omani man throughout the ages.
On the other hand, "Ibn Battuta" play was enacted at Expo Milan 2015 last night with the participation of 180 artists, including many of the Omani artists in the framework of the participation of the Sultanate, the Omani News Agency (ONA) reported Monday.
