Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam will pay a visit to Egypt on Wednesday at an invitation from his Egyptian counterpart Ibrahim Mahlab, an official source with Lebanese Prime Minister's office said.
While in Cairo, Salam will discuss with senior Egyptian officials the latest developments of the Lebanese political crisis and the situation in the Arab region, the source told MENA.
Also, the talks would focus on boosting bilateral ties in various fields, according to the source.
