The next round of negotiations to settle the Libyan conflict will be held at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva during the period between August 10 and 12, said the spokesman for the UN Office in Geneva Ahmed Fawzy.
In press statements on Friday, Fawzy underlined that the UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino León will travel to Geneva on Monday and will be accompanied by 30 representatives of the Libyan parties.
They will end the negotiations on Wednesday, he noted.
Earlier, León said in a statement that progress was made in the dialogue between the Libyan parties to find a solution to the political and military conflict in the Arab country.
