The women who surrounded Charles Manson for years are getting their own Lifetime movie, the network has given the green light to Manson's Lost Girls.
The film deals with the young teenaged women who fell in love with Manson played by Jeff Ward, and the crime spree that was supposed to start a race war. The Lifetime original primarily focuses on Linda Kasabian, played by Into The Woods' MacKenzie Mauzy.
Manson's Lost Girls follows the story of Kasabian from meeting and joining the "family" at the Spahn Ranch hippie commune to the time of the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders. She eventually turned herself in as a witness, which led to the conviction of Manson and his followers.
Entertainment Weekly reports the casting for the Lifetime film is complete, though no air date has been set for the film.
