Scarlett Johansson and Jonah Hill are in talks to join the cast of Hail, Caesar!
The actors would join George Clooney, Josh Brolin, Channing Tatum, Tilda Swinton and Ralph Fiennes in the new Coen brothers movie. The film is being produced by Coen company Mike Zoss Productions, and will be distributed by Universal Pictures.
The feature is set in the 1950s, and follows Eddie Mannix (Clooney), a film executive during the Golden Age of Hollywood. Johansson would portray an actress who unexpectedly becomes pregnant, with Brolin as publicity head Howard Strickling, Fiennes as studio director Laurence Lorenz and Swinton as gossip columnist Hedda Hopper. Channing is said to play a Gene Kelly-type star, and Hill's role is unknown.
Johansson is currently pregnant in real life with fiancé Romain Dauriac. The actress will next appear in Lucy on July 25, while Hill is scheduled for True Story later this year.
