Egyptian screenwriter Nader Salah al-Din has said that the political situation in Egypt is discouraging for film producers, adding that producers do not want to risk their money to produce new movies. Speaking to Arabstoday, Nadir said that he will travel to Manama, Bahrain, for work in a theatrical play called The Life of Ibn Battuta, to celebrate Bahrain\'s selection as the capital of Arab tourism in 2013. Salah al-Din is well-known for writing Egyptian films Alzheimer, starring the prominent actor Adel Imam, and Helm Aziz, starring Ahmed Ezz.
