Hollywood is no longer a distant dream for an increasing number of Arab stars.
Besides “Mr. Robot” star, Egyptian-American Rami Malek, Palestinian-Dutch models Gigi and Bella Hadid, and others, the latest is Egyptian actor Maged El-Masry, who has announced on Instagram that he has just started filming “The Outcast” with Hollywood actors Eric Roberts (two-time Oscar winner) and Patrick Kilpatrick.
El-Masry posted two photos with Roberts on Instagram three days ago, where they were seen acting all goofy.
In one photo, Roberts had his arm around the Egyptian star, while in another he covered El-Masry’s face with one hand while the latter burst out laughing. The actor’s fans congratulated him and wished him luck.
This marks El-Masry’s first Hollywood break.
Al Bawaba reported the actor is rumored to complete filming his scenes for “The Outcast” by the end of February.
