A new yacht club and boardwalk will be developed at Al Mina Waterfront Residences, a senior official from Barr Al Jissah said.
“This is an exciting time for Barr Al Jissah and we’re delighted to announce our ‘Al Mina Residences and Yacht Club’ development,” Firas Matraji, CEO of Barr Al Jissah, said.
The sophisticated Al Mina residences sit on an exclusive part of the bayside, adjacent to the marina.
“This new phase of expansion delivers stunning freehold residential properties complete with full ITC status, as well as all the premium lifestyle benefits afforded to our Barr Al Jissah residents,” the CEO said.
The development includes a total of 69 private residences ranging from sleek duplex and penthouse style apartments, to stylish villas with landscaped gardens.
“We have already experienced sales success with our cliff-top villas and Limited Edition Townhomes, attracting both local and international buyers, and Al Mina sees the completion of this expansion,” the CEO added.
The ‘Al Mina Residences and ‘Members Only Yacht Club’ brings a new level of luxury to the destination and is poised to make Oman the next hotspot for the discerning global traveler.
Located only 15 minutes to the city centre and 30 minutes to the airport, construction of the new development begins on the shores of Muscat’s picturesque Jissah Bay in Q4 2017, with completion scheduled by early 2020.
The Al Mina development has full Integrated Tourism Complex Status (ITC) with buyers and their families eligible to apply for Oman resident visas, making travelling into and out of the Sultanate effortless.
The residential units of the Al Mina Waterfront are now available for sale.
