A team will address obstacles faced by the new international airport planned for Taif in Saudi Arabia, under an order issued by a senior official.
Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, governor of the Makkah region and adviser to King Salman, ordered for a team to be formed to address impediments faced by the project.
He also ordered for new supervision of the Al-Qunfudah Airport and to work on overcoming any obstacles that may hinder that project.
Spokesman Sultan Al-Dosari said that the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has adopted a site for the latter project, which is located on an area of about 24 million square meters.
