The violent clashes in the Palestine “Ein El Helwa “ camp , east of Sidon in south Lebanon, continue for the forth day. These clashes began when The radical Salafist Islamic group headed by Bilal Badr started shooting at Joint force elements when they were deployed last Friday at the southern entrance of the camp ,which made Palestinian factions especially Fatah Movement to respond strongly . The clashes inside the camp renewed on Monday dawn between Fatah Movement and Bilal’s group after he refused to turn himself in to the Palestinian authorities. The clashes are concentrated in al-Tiri neighborhood ,using heavy machinery ,which led to the shutdown of schools and markets in the town to prevent any killings. So far the clashes have killed 8 people including Mohamed Azat Mousa and Ahmed Essa, which made the Lebanese army to maximize its security in Sidon and at the entrances of the camp ,and put its elements in high alert . Security information confirmed that all Fatah Movement leaders agree that Bilal Badr should surrender or the clashes would continue. Those leaders refused what Bilal offered and there are discussions to hold a meeting for the political leaders to come up with a solution that would satisfy all patries. “There would be no cease-fire and Bilal Badr’s phenomena must be ended “ secretary of Fatah Movement , Fathi Abu Al-Aradat said. On the other hand Bilal agreed to deployment of Palestinian joint force in all of Al-Tira neighborhood streets , confirming that he does not mind the participation of any of the factions elements ,but he will not turn himself in and he will just disappear . The “Islamic Force” in the camp held a three hours emergency meeting in Al - Nour Mosque Hall, attended by “Jund al-Sham” representatives ,Haitham Al Shaabi and Rami Ward who were on charge of communicating with Bilal Badr and informing him with all the decisions of Palestinian political leaders’ meeting in Sidon .
