Syrian Observatory for Human Rights
Damascus - Noura Khowam

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the explosion which rocked Anadan area in the northern countryside of Aleppo were caused by an explosion in a factory of shells, explosive devices and Jahannam Cannon’s shells, of an Islamic faction, and the first explosion resulted in successive explosions, of the shells and the equipment of which were in the factory, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

warplanes continued to carry out their raids on areas in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, where the raids targeted the villages of Arafa, Qasr Ibn Wardan and Tell Khanzir and other areas in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, as the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored warplanes that bombed simultaneously, and they targeted by tens of strikes areas in this countryside.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that violent and successive explosions shook the northeastern countryside of Hama, which is witnessing violent clashes between the “Islamic State” organization against Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, and the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored 4 warplanes believed to be Russian carrying out at least 28 air strikes simultaneously, they targeted the villages of Arafa, Tal Khanzir and other areas in al-Hamra Township in the northeastern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage and more destruction in the infrastructure, but no information about casualties has been received yet.

In the same context, the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on places in Beit Jen farm and its surroundings in the west of Rif Dimashq which caused material damage, no information about human losses. Also the regime forces shelled places this evening in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, and no information about injuries yet.

The clashes renewed violently in al-Manasher area in Jobar neighbourhood at the eastern outskirts of the capital, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Rahman Corps, amid heavy shelled by the regime forces targeting the clash areas, in addition to targeting with more than 10 ground-to-ground missiles for areas at the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood, no information about casualty.

Thousands of displaced people suffer from tragic humanitarian conditions, in Al-Sadd Camp, which is located near Al-Basel Lake, in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, this countryside which witnessed fierce clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces against the “Islamic State” organization, resulted in great displacement of thousands of persons of children, citizen women, men and young men, from the clash areas.

Al-Sadd Camp which is established about 4 months ago under the supervision of the Kurdish Internal Security Forces “Asayish” and the SDF whose main pillar is the YPG, about 12 thousand people displaced to it, after they escaped from the hell of the clashes of Deir Ezzor and Al-Hasakah countryside, and the bombardment of the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes, where they had no guilt, but their presence and decline from these areas, returned into a guilt against them, also the YPG did not allow the displaced people of the camp to enter Al-Hasakah, with the exception of having a sponsor of the local residents there, in which the displaced people have to pay money, to get out of the camp that reaches 500$ for each family.

On the other hand, At least 10 members of a small jihadist faction linked to the Islamic State group were killed Monday by suspected Israeli air strikes in southern Syria, a monitor said. The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the strikes hit the town of Sahm al-Jolan in the west of Daraa province.

The monitor said 10 fighters from the Jaish Khaled Bin Walid group were killed, along with two women believed to be the wives of fighters from the faction. The strike hit a base belonging to the group, which has pledged allegiance to ISIS but was never formally incorporated into it.

The Observatory relies on a network of sources inside Syria, and says it determines whose planes carry out raids according to type, location, flight patterns and munitions used. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military on the report.

The Observatory said Monday's strike came several months after 16 fighters from the group were killed in suspected Israeli air strikes in the same area. Jaish Khaled Bin Walid was formed in May 2016, and is an alliance of several jihadist groups, the largest of them the Yarmuk Martyrs Brigade, which was listed by Washington as a "terrorist" group.
