Egypt’s national handball team has defeated Argentina 31-26 on Wednesday, securing a spot in the 2017 World Championship round of 16.
The Pharaohs collected six points from three victories over Qatar, Bahrain and Argentina, but lost once against Denmark.
The Egyptian team, who is currently third on the table, will face Sweden in the final round of the group stage on Friday.
The first four teams in each group will advance to the knockout round.
