Administrative manager of Egypt’s Zamalek team Ismail Yossef stressed the difficulty of the group stage of CAF Champions League during the current season after the change of the tournament’s system from the 16 round. He stressed that all the qualified teams are strong.
He added that his team works to win the tournament this year after its loss during the last year, as it was defeated in the final by South Africa’s Sundown. He warned of underestimating any of the qualified teams, praising Mozambique’s team of Ferroviero. He described this team as respectable, saying that it previously played against Zamalek in 1990s and performed well.
