However, after today it’s criticism no more. Pictures surfaced of Gwyneth enjoying a holiday in Sardinia, Italy, and she looks absolutely fabulous; we can safely say her strict diet has paid off. That star has been known for her active lifestyle which involves either walking or going to the gym. She admitted waking up at 4:30AM to go to the gym every day. The 38-year-old, a mother of two, was enjoying a holiday on her private yacht, where she was spotted sporting a red bikini and before that a hot pink bikini, but going topless, she was looking slim and toned. Who would believe that she is nearing 40? Her body really is the envy of women. Earlier in the day, Gwyneth went for her usual walk, in a white bikini this, along the sandy beach. Enjoying the holiday with the star were her two children, Moses and Apple, who were joined by Director Steven Spielberg. The threesome was seen relaxing on Spielberg’s yacht, which is worth an estimated 200 million British Pounds. The active star was seen jumping off of the upper deck of the yacht into the water, and later on she was seen jet skiing using Spielberg’s private Jet Ski. Spielberg seemed very happy to video-record Gwyneth and her family having a good time on his yacht. As for today, Spielberg and Gwyneth’s family enjoyed a shopping trip at Porto Cervo, and the only one missing from this holiday is Gwyneth’s husband Chris Martin of Coldplay of course; who had to attend the Balado Festival in Scotland which meant missing out on this fun holiday with his family.
