As Official Global Carriers of Expo Milano 2015, Alitalia and Etihad Airways will support the upcoming event's ‘Made of Italians' programme by offering exclusive discounts to Italian expatriates who are travelling to Italy for EXPO.
Under the promotion, Alitalia and Etihad Airways will offer those enrolled onto the ‘Made of Italians' programme a 15 percent discount on return tickets to Italy from a range of destinations worldwide, including Argentina, Brazil, the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, South Africa, China, Japan and Australia.
To take advantage of the promotion, which is available until 31 October 2015, eligible travellers should simply enrol onto the ‘Made of Italians' programme through the madeofitalians.expo2015.org website and purchase a ticket for Expo Milano 2015. They will then receive a discount code to book flights on either alitalia.com or etihad.com for travel between May and November 2015, subject to terms and conditions.
In addition, subscribers to the ‘Made of Italians' programme can benefit from a 15 percent discount on flights within Alitalia's domestic network between 1 May and 30 November, allowing them to visit other parts of the country during their visit.
Premium cabin passengers of Alitalia and Etihad Airways, as well as top tier members of the MilleMiglia and Etihad Guest loyalty programmes, will also enjoy access to the exclusive VIP Lounge on the second floor of the joint Alitalia and Etihad Airways Expo Pavilion.
