Elissa will pay tribute to Michael Jackson in the festival

The Beirut festival is to be launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and the company Solidere and it will be organised by Start System and Production Factory.
The Festival is scheduled
to be held next August from 19 to 25 in al-Ajami area in Beirut Markets. Organisers spoke in a press conference on Thursday about the entertainment programme, made up of local and international entertainment artists.
Randa Armanazi, Public Relations Manager of Solidere said Beirut Markets has become a site full of cultural and artistic activities keeping pace with the commercial traffic.
Armanzi announced that the programme will include artists visiting Lebanon for the first time, like the world famous Islamic singer and composer, Sami Yusuf, the pianist Michel Fadle and Elissa, along with tributes to Michael Jackson with a special \"Man in the Mirror\" show.
Amin Abi Yaghi, Elissa\'s Manager, assured whoever is thinking of attending the festival saying that it will satisfy all tastes and the prices won\'t be high so that every body will be able to come along. He also added that tickets will go on sale Monday.
The programme schedule will be as follows:
\"Man in the Mirror\" tribute to Micheal Jackson on Sunday August 19 -22 at 9 pm. About 25 US artists will participate, including 7 singers to sing the best of his songs.
Michel Fadle performance on Thursday August 23, at 9pm.
Elissa performance on Friday, August 24 at 9pm.
Sami Yusuf performance on Saturday, August 25 at 9pm.
