With more than 60 kilograms of beef, 100 whole eggs, 15 kilograms of flour, and 5 kilograms of onions, Mandarin Orchard Singapore made Singapore's largest hamburger on Thursday, said the hotel in a media release.
The final product measured 82cm by 40cm, weighing more than 100 kilograms. The hotel said preparations began two months ago to create recipes. To achieve the task, the chef needs to ensure the giant burger patty does not break and find the right solution to bake the huge buns.
The hotel was presented a Singapore Book of Records which certificates their achievement. Guests were able to taste the record-breaking creation after the huge burger was sliced and distributed.
