Egyptian Shura refers Abdul Rahim to values committee

Egyptian Shura council speaker and Head of Supreme press council Ahmed Fahmy has referred Al Gomhuria Egyptian newspaper\'s editor-in- chief editor Gamal Abdel Rahim to the values committee in supreme press council, after he published
fabricated information about Field Marshal Tantawi and Lieutenant General Anan\'s travel ban.
Fahmy demanded from valuescommittee to prepare a report about this issue, to be presented to Shura Council and Supreme press council in their first meeting. He also referred the issue to the media and culture committee to prepare a presentation on it. Abdel Rahim has been replaced by Abdulazim El Bably to be in charge of Al Gomhuria Egyptian newspaper until Shura council and press council decides it in their nearest meeting to take the needed legal procedures.
