The police have detained a schoolboy and schoolgirl after a 'stunt' driving came to a crashing halt with the boy ramming his father's Perodua Alza into a police patrol multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) yesterday.
Bintulu police chief Supt Zailanni Amit said the form five students were caught speeding in the vehicle while a patrol team was conducting checks at the new Jalan Bintulu-Tatau market at 11.40am.
In a statement here today, he said the police brought the vehicle to a halt after it crashed into the police MPV in Jalan Sungai Nyigu," he said in a statement here today.....
