Azhar\'s Grand Imam condemns interference in Syria

Al-Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el-Tayyeb reiterated his condemnation of political and sectarian interference in Syria, which worsens bloodletting and tears the regional national fabrics. In an interview with Al-Hayat International newspaper, el-Tayyeb said that Syria has become a theater of sectarian conflicts between Sunnis and Shiites, especially after Hezbollah\'s involvement in the conflict in the side of Syrian regime against its people. The grand Imam underscored that a conspiracy is being plotted in order to shift Arab\'s concentration away from the Zionist entity.
