Winning candidate of Miss Lebanon 2013 Pageant in Australia, Jessica Mansour, arrived in Beirut on Sunday to take part in the final qualifiers of next month\'s emigrants beauty pageant in the town of Dhour el-Choueir. The event, scheduled to take place between August 1 to 10, will be attended by Lebanon President ?Michel Sleiman.? Earlier, Youssef Saba, head of the World Lebanese Cultural Union of Victoria (WLCU - VIC), and Tony Yacoub, President of the WLCU in Australia and New Zealand left Sydney for Beirut, with Mansour. A delegation of young Lebanese people from Australia was on the same flight, ahead of the ?International Youth Conference from August 16 to 26 in Sayedat al-Jabal, Adma.?
