The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon, Mohammad Fathali, called on Sunday for the end of support given by certain states to terrorists, and urged for a political solution to end the Syrian crisis.
The diplomat spoke at a meeting in Nabatiyeh, south Lebanon, organized by the Iranian Red Crescent to commemorate the victory of the Islamic Revolution, in the presence of a crowd of politicians including the head of Loyalty to the Resistance Parliamentary Bloc, MP Mohammad Raad.
According to the ambassador, dialogue is the only solution to all crises.
For his part, MP Raad announced on behalf of Hezbollah, Amal movement and other allies, that a new electoral law would soon be finalized, under which upcoming legislative elections would take place.
