The book is available for sale through WHSmith book stores. Frénésies is a novel that starts with the author\'s real life blended with the experiences of her friends. Frénésies poetically depicts the story of a life, punctuated by numerous journeys, experiences and philosophical dialogues with friends and her children. Manon, the lead character in the book revisits her past filling her world of dreams. The story becomes a mix real-fiction. The author envisioned the novel as a reality melted with dreams, a tale of the journey we all go through. Born in 1975 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast Khalifé Al Kharusi is a French-Lebanese who has lived in Africa, the Arabian Gulf, the Levant and Europe. She was educated at Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University where she earned her Master\'s Degree in philosophy and political science. She worked at Unesco office in Paris and French Trade Commission in Muscat, Oman. A philosopher, novelist and poet, Khalifé published her first book, Frénésies, in 2012. The book is a collection of short philosophical dialogues.  Frénésies is a blend of real and fictional experiences and allegories between the cultural diversities of the \'Occident\' and the  \'Orient\'.
