His Royal Prince Hassan bin Talal delivered a written message from His Majesty King Abdullah II to Chinese President Hu Jintao on bilateral ties, means of further boosting them in various fields as well as the latest developments in the Middle East. During a meeting with representative of the Chinese president on Friday, Prince Hassan stressed the need to enhance bilateral relations, especially in the economic field. The Prince also noted the importance of establishing a technical education program for the youth in both countries to contribute to promoting relations in the civil, economic and political areas. The Chinese official commended efforts of Prince Hassan in promoting dialogue among nations as well as his contributions in various cultural fields. On the other hand, the Chinese Foreign Ministry hosted a dinner banquet in honor of Prince Hassan, attended by a number of senior Chinese officials and the Jordanian ambassador in Beijing. Prince Hassan’s visit to Bejing coincides with 35th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Jordan and China.
