Sheikh Fatima bin Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, and of Family Development Foundation, Chairwoman for the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, attended at Al Mafraq, the graduation of the first batch of students of Fatima College of Health Sciences and Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute. The event was attended by Queen Noor Al Hussein, Founder and the Board of Trustees, Chairperson of King Hussein Foundation. Also present were the wife H. H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of Ruler in Western Region, Sheikha Shams bint Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the wife H. H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Presidential Flights, Sheikha Khowla bint Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, the wife of H. H. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, Sheikha Sheikha bint Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikha Fatima bint Haman bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Foreign Trade, a number of Sheikhs and Dr Maitha Al Shamsi, State Minister. Sheikha Fatima welcomed Queen Noora and the audience in a speech delivered on her behalf by Dr Maitha Al Shamsi. She thanked the UAE leadership for supporting the education to prepare Emiratis for the nation-building. Sheikha Fatima congratulated the graduates.
