Shura Council President Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh extended congratulations to Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla on winning the Arab Inter-parliamentary Union (AIPU) Excellence Award.
He commended the Speaker’s dedicated efforts and active participations at Arab, Islamic and international parliamentary arenas which, he said helped promote Bahrain’s democratic march and consolidate legislative work in Bahrain. In the cable of congratulations, Al-Saleh hailed the Speakers crucial role in strengthening parliamentary work, lauding the (AIPU) Excellence Award which, he said, adds to Bahrain’s local and international achievements.
