UN Special Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler left Cairo for Tunis on Sunday, winding up a two-day visit to Egypt.
Kobler took part in the quartet meeting that took place in Cairo on Saturday grouping Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit, African Union envoy to Libya Jakaya Kikwete and EU foreign policy and security representative Federica Mogherini.
The meeting tackled the latest developments in Libya and efforts to resume political dialogue.
