US President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit Jordan on Friday, March 22, within a regional tour.During his two-day visit, Obama will hold talks with His Majesty King Abdullah II on bilateral ties and the latest developments in the Middle East.Talks will also touch on means to enhance the strategic partnership between the two countries as well as the U.S. support for reform in Jordan.The two leaders will discuss the escalating Syrian crisis and the burdens on Jordan because of the growing influx of Syrian refugees into the Kingdom.On peace process, the King will underline the need to breathe life into the peace process according to the two-state solution.On Saturday, Obama will tour the ancient city of Petra.
