Serves 10 Prep time: 20 mins Cooking time: 30-40 mins Ingredients 300g: blackberries 300g: raspberries 300g: blueberries 600g: walnuts, chopped 400g: white sugar 400g: all-purpose flour 400g: rolled oats 300g: brown sugar 20g: cinnamon powder 10g: nutmeg powder 300g: cold butter, cut into pieces Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 175°C. In a large bowl, mix together all the berries with walnuts and white sugar; set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix in butter until the mixture is crumbly. 3. Press half crumble mixture into the bottom of a 23x33cm baking tin. Spoon berries over in an even layer. Spoon remaining crumble mixture over and spread it evenly. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until fruit is bubbly and the surface turns golden brown. Remove, let it cool, slice and serve. 5. Alternatively, create 10 separate dessert portions by moulding the crumble and berry mixtures into ring moulds From: Gulfnews
