Moroccan actress Sana got engaged in London
Moroccan actress and singer Sana Mouziane has revealed the intimate details of her fairytale romance with British fiancée Allan Dearsle exclusively to Arabstoday.
The actress divulged that her hubby-to-be had no idea Sana was a famous actress
when he met her at a dinner party. Sana told Arabstoday: \"I met Allan at a dinner party which I had been invited to by a group of friends. We talked and discussed Arab traditions, and I was surprised that he wasn’t aware of my work as an actress. Initially we were impressed by each other ideas and gradually we fell in love.”
The proposal was, as Sana describes, “Like a scene from a romantic movie”. Allan hung a 50 ft banner from London’s famous Tower Bridge, inscribed \'Sana...will you marry me?\'\" After Allan bent down on his right knee and took the engagement ring from his pocket, the couple was “surrounded by tourists who applauded upon hearing me say yes,” Sana gushed.
Sana explained that it \"feels right\" to marry a British man because she has lived her with her family in England for her whole life and despite keeping her families’ Arab traditions alive, her way of thinking is closer to the English mindset. “It wouldn’t suit me to marry an Arab man,” she confessed. The actress stressed that her fiancée is impressed by and supportive of her work, especially the bold roles that she plays, as he believes it is noble to “represent realistic characters.”
Sana announced her engagement news on her Facebook account, which she considers the “only outlet” through which she can communicate with her fans. She expressed her \"utter joy\" at being showered with congratulations and said “the happiest moments of my life are when I am with my fiancée Allan.\"
