A civilian was killed and several others were wounded by a car bomb in the town of Ma'arat al-Nu'man in Idlib countryside. Sources confirmed that sound of an explosion, on Sunday morning, was heard in Ma'arat al-Nu'man, caused by a car bomb explosion at the eastern entrance of the city, directly outside the Justice Palace building.
The sources added that the explosion caused large fires, as the civil defense teams rushed to the scene to put out the fire. Ambulances transported the injured to field hospitals, where they numbered 20, mostly civilians.
No one claimed responsibility for the incident so far, while activists, through social networking sites, blamed IS organization, which has already claimed responsibility for similar operations, targeting several villages and towns in the countryside of Idlib.
