The Director General Military Operations (DGMO) of Pakistan has contacted his Indian counterpart at the backdrop of unprovoked firing and shelling in Neza Pir sector along line of control (LoC), Kashmir divide, on 9th and 10th April According to media wing of the Army (ISPR), issues related to ceasefire violation across the LoC were discussed.
Pakistan DGMO protested against the unprovoked initiation of fire by Indian troops along the LoC.
No loss of life or property damage was reported in the incident.
