Shura Council marks National, Accession Days

The Shura Council today celebrated the glorious National Day and the Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s Accession to the Throne.

The council expressed deep pride in the prestigious status reached by the kingdom, and the multiple national gains attained thanks to the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the government, led by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, as well as the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.

Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, and members extended congratulations to the leadership on the national occasions.

Al-Saleh stressed that marking national days will motivate everyone to attain more achievements and gains that raise the kingdom’s standing and ensure all means of sustainable development and decent living for the citizens. 

He voiced pride in the interest of the leadership and the government in development programmes and strategies in all sectors, lauding the Bahraini people’s rallying behind the leadership and keenness on joining ranks to preserve the kingdom’s security, stability and capabilities, as well as to bringing about more local, regional and international achiecments.
