A group of organizations and parties condemned US military attack on Air Force Base "Shaerat" in Homs for using chemical weapons to bomb Khan Shaykhoun town in Idlib ,adding that it is a criminal act ,violating all international laws and it could only leads to terrorism ,calling all anti-war organizations to denounce this attack and work together to prevent what happened in Iraq and Libya from happening in Syria. Social Democratic Track Party strongly condemned this attack and called it a clear violation to the United Nations’ charter and the sovereignty of the Syrian State, alerting the risks of such military interventions on international peace and security .
The statement released by this group also confirmed its absolute refusal to use chemical weapons ,demanding real stop of their manufacture and storage. Tunisia Project Movement also condemned this attack ,claiming that it only supports extremists and enlarges their powers ,adding it would be a great mistake to limit terrorism only to Daesh ,because it leaves out a lot of other groups which are equal threat to peace and security .
The Republican party added that this attack didn’t wait for the investigations’ results and it is considered an increased existence of American policy in the region ,declaring his support to the Syrian people and its army in fighting terrorism. It also called the Tunisian Foreign Ministry to condemn this attack, stand with the Syrian people and consider it to be a violation to an Arab country .
Tunisian Association for humans rights said that ,this is an outrageous attack on one of the founders of the League of Arab States and a member of the United Nations ,and it is also a violation to international law and different conventions.
