US military announced that it launched two new raids against al-Shabaab extremists movement in Somalia. "Two raids were launched near the area of Banader, south of Somalia, the army said in a statement.
In a separate statement, the President of Somalia said the leader, who killed in the raids, was part of a network responsible for planning and executing bombings and assassinations in the capital, Mogadishu.
Earlier this month, United States confirmed that another raid killed the leader of al-Shabaab movement.
