Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman, Assistant Minister of Foreign and International Cooperation for Political Affairs, has received at the ministry copies of credentials from ambassadors of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Antigua and Barbuda.
This occurred during separate meetings with Juma Abdullah Al Abadi, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Ernell Casroy James, Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to the UAE.
The UAE foreign ministry official welcomed the new ambassadors and wished them success in their new tasks, and stressed the keenness of the UAE in strengthening and developing relations with their countries in a manner that reflects aspirations and directives of the leadership to serve mutual goals and interests.
Al Jarman assured the two envoys that they would receive support and assistance from the ministry to facilitate their duties to further improve relations with the UAE. He called for the expansion of mutual co-operation at bilateral and multilateral levels.
The two ambassadors expressed their satisfaction at representing their countries in the UAE given its regional and international prestige, thanks to the wise policies of President Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They also stressed their keenness and commitment to developing these relations in the best interests of both countries and peoples.
