The leadership of Legitimate Support Coalition in Yemen decided to end Qatar’s participation in the Coalition because of its actions that strengthen and support terrorism and its organization in Yemen including Al-Qaeda and Daesh, and its dealings with militias which are contrary to the objectives of the coalition.
This announcement coincided with the decision of several Gulf and Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia, which leads the coalition, to cut diplomatic relations with Doha in protest against the foreign policy of the Qatari government.
Qatar joined the Arab Coalition which is led by Riyadh in March 2015, and participated with different military forces in its operations before the decision of ending its participation in the coalition.
