Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, received separately Herve Guillou, CEO of DCNS, French industrial group specialised in naval defence and energy, Antoine Bouvier, CEO of MBDA, European developer and manufacturer of missiles, Stephane Mayer,CEO of Nexter, French maker of land defence systems and Robert Howard, CEO of US Lockheed Martin.
During the separate meetings, which took place on the sidelines of the third day of International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2017), Al Bowardi discussed with the CEOs of French, European and United States companies the possibilities of boosting cooperation between them and their Emirati counterparts.
The CEOs of these companies informed Al Bowardi about the latest defence technology and innovative systems they are showcasing at IDEX.
