Death toll in the Gaza Strip on Friday climbed to 103 as more Palestinians were killed in rounds after rounds of Israeli airstrikes on the coastal enclave, medics said.
Ashraf al-Qedra, health ministry spokesman in Gaza, told reporters that a 3-year-old boy was killed in a bomb landed on a house in a refugee camp of Jabalia in northern Gaza Strip.
The spokesman also said around 22 Palestinians were injured, five of whom in serious conditions, on Friday afternoon when Israeli war jets struck prayers coming out from a mosque in southern Gaza city.
He added that the total number of wounded went up to around 700 people as the Israeli air offensive entered the fourth day.
Israel, meanwhile, said that within the last four days, confirmed its war jets have carried out 850 airstrikes on various targets belong to Hamas and other militants groups all across the Gaza Strip.
