Six people were killed Wednesday in an attack by gunmen on a hotel in Bosaso in Somalia's Puntland region.
Reports said that seven assailants have attempted to storm Village Hotel and engaged in fierce fighting with the guards that led to the death of six people from both sides and two others were seriously wounded, (Garowe Online) reports.
Government officials and foreign nationals are frequent dwellers in the Hotel. There were no comments yet about the circumstances of the incident.
