A suicide bomber targeted police on Saturday in Ghazni city, 125 km south of the Afghan capital Kabul, killing four people including himself and wounding seven others, police said. "A terrorist detonated his explosive-laden rickshaw next to a police van in Ghazni city killing four people including himself, two police and a civilian," deputy provincial police chief Assadullah Insafi told Xinhua. Seven people including four police and three civilians sustained injures in the attack, some of them in critical conditions, he added. The official blamed the attack on Taliban militants. However, the outfit fighting the government and largely relying on suicide and roadside bombings has yet to make comment.
