2,713 facilities in Abu Dhabi get management services from Musanada

Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, is currently providing management services to 2,713 facilities and buildings across the emirate of Abu Dhabi, in addition to operating a 24/7 customer service call centre, the company said on Sunday.

"Musanada’s facility-management division follows highest international and local standards to ensure provision of best services and operation of buildings to the highest levels of professionalism," Hamad Al Murar, Musanada’s Acting CEO, said.

Musanada currently provides facility management services to a large number of government entities and organisations, including 1,804 Awqaf buildings under the umbrella of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs And Endowments, 312 educational facilities and 597 various government buildings, Saif Al Hameli, Executive Director of Facility Management Division at Musanada, noted.

Musanada’s services include electromechanical maintenance, cleaning, security, hospitality and landscaping services, with a total portfolio amounting to AED550 million in 2016.
