The same source added that the pre-trial detention ranges between 3 and 6 days. The chamber of indictment of the Tunis first instance court had announced, on Thursday, the decision to release Abderrahim Zouari in the RCD case with the exception "that he would not under arrest in other cases." Mr. Zouari is one of the longest serving ministers under the former regime and had headed the departments of Justice, Youth and Children, Foreign Affairs, Youth and Sports, Tourism and Handicrafts and finally Transport.
