A twinning agreement was concluded, on Wednesday in Tunis, by the Lions Clubs International Association,Tunisia district, and Libya El Hurra Charity society. In accordance with the twinning agreement, both sides are committed to promote \"solidarity,\" cultivate \"open-mindedness\" and endeavour to establish \"understanding\" and \"tolerance,\" while respecting specificities. The agreement, aimed to promote partnership in the service of people, Human Rights defence and improvement of the quality of life, is also expected to pave the way for the launching, for the first time in Libya, of the Lions Clubs International Association.
