Gun battle in front of attacked Helwan church in Egypt

A video taken by a resident in the vicinity of the Mar Mina church in Helwan that was attacked today showed several unidentified individuals in a gunfire exchange in the residential area.
The gunfire clashes involved tens of men shooting and hiding around the church, when eventually a small red car picked up a few of them and escaped towards the end.
The attack took place earlier on Friday when gunmen opened fire and caused the death of 10 civilians. According to Egyptian police, one gunman was killed while another was arrested.
