The Kuwaiti Embassy in Tunisia yesterday honored the Tunisian Red Crescent Society (TRCS) on the humanitarian role it has played in coordinating relief efforts to assist refugees on the Tunisian-Libyan border. Kuwait's Ambassador to Tunisia Fahad Ahmad Al-Awadhi presented a memorial plaque to the representative of the TRCS in Medenine Dr. Mongi Slim, expressing Kuwait's appreciation to Tunisia. For his part, Dr. Slim praised the deep-seated relations and coordination between the TRCS and its Kuwaiti counterpart, the Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS).
