Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has condemned the church terror bomb attacks in Egypt that killed at least 36 people and injured more than 100.
Abbas described the two bombings as an act of "terror" and said he and the Palestinian people stand with the people and leadership of Egypt in their fight against "terrorism" according to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA).
Earlier on Sunday, a bomb exploded in a Coptic church north of Cairo, killing at least 26 people and wounding more than 50 others, while a suicide bomber killed at least six people and injured 66 in front of a church in Alexandria, WAFA reported.
