HE Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr Ghaith bin Mubarak Al Kuwari and the delegation accompanying him left Doha this afternoon for Cairo to attend the opening ceremony of the 19th international competition of the Holy Quran in Egypt, which begins tomorrow, Thursday. Ninety nine young people from 65 countries will take part in the contest which will be opened by Dr Ahmed Al-Tayeb Al-Azhar Sheikh Azhar al-Sharif and Egyptian Minister of Religious Endowments Mohamed Abdel-Fadil Elkoussy. Two Qataris are participating in the competition which runs until the 27 of Ramadan
